Some extensive renovation work will be carried out on the property of the Michael Hansen Student Housing Foundation in the coming years.

The foundation will therefore rent student housing with temporary lease contracts as there are no evacuation opportunities within the existing property. A lease contract covers a period of two to six months. This applies to students who are queue and are offered accommodation. For students who already live at the college, residences will be arranged. The renovation work, which mainly includes the pipes, will take place between 2018-2020. Each stage is estimated to take about 20 weeks. Procurement will take place in autumn 2017 and what parts of the property to be renovated will be decided in consultation with contractors. The work is planned to the extent that it does not disturb the students during the exam periods.

During the renovation period 2018-2020, scholarships for residents will not be granted.
